Course Description

The Pool Lifeguard Training Program prepares individuals for lifeguarding in pool environments. It covers emergency medical response techniques for common pool-related injuries and includes a physical requirement of swimming 300 meters within a specific time. Flexible training options, such as in-person and blended courses, are available for certification. The program adheres to standards set by national organizations like the United States Lifesaving Association, ensuring readiness and safety in lifeguarding.
